The Nemeroff Law firm is a national law firm with over 150 years of collective experience focused on Mesothelioma. They have recovered over $500 Million for families throughout the United States. When they needed to expand and relocate their Pittsburgh area office to better serve clients, they turned to Carrie Holstead for help in identifying and securing their most attractive office leasing alternative.
Action
After completing an analysis of Nemeroff Law Firm’s needs, Carrie assembled the best in class team to assist with the office design, furniture and move management. She then prepared a market survey of all viable office leasing opportunities and after reviewing it with her client, toured selected buildings with the firm’s Founder. Following tours, Carrie drafted an RFP that reflected Nemeroff Law Firm’s business needs and distributed it to buildings of further interest to her client. Upon receipt of the responses, she prepared a financial analysis and comparison of the proposals. A design of the spaces under final consideration were developed and budgeted and buildings were leveraged against one another to secure the best leasing alternative at attractive business terms for Nemeroff Law Firm.
