Established in 1988, A to Z Communications is a full service communications firm that collaborates with clients across industries to heighten exposure through effective branding, PR, social media, advertising, marketing, digital, and websites. When A to Z Communications needed to determine if renewing or relocating their headquarters office in Pittsburgh was the best corporate real estate solution for the long term, they turned to Carrie Holstead for help.

Action

After completing an in depth analysis of A to Z Communications’ needs, Carrie assembled the best in class designer and project manager, prepared a market survey of all viable office space opportunities in the Downtown and Parkway West areas, toured spaces, had test fit plans completed and construction priced, leveraged the market so landlords competed for A to Z’s occupancy, was close to securing a lease when the pandemic hit and required a change in course due to its impact on previously proposed lease terms. Ultimately, a lease was negotiated at a Downtown building which proved to be the most attractive leasing alternative.  Design services were provided by Virginia Weida Designs.
