A year prior to their lease expiration, they turned to Carrie to identify the best leasing opportunity to accommodate their growing office leasing needs at a new space in downtown Pittsburgh.
Action
Carrie completed a needs analysis, prepared a program to identify the estimated square footage and construction required, completed a market survey of space availabilities in downtown Pittsburgh, and toured buildings of further interest. Afterwards, she obtained proposals from the top buildings, leveraged the market to identify the best leasing opportunity, and negotiated attractive business terms at Three Gateway Center to accommodate Klink & Co.’s long term office leasing needs.
