Everest Infrastructure Partners, Inc. is a privately owned operator of communications infrastructure, including cell towers, rooftop antennas, tower ground leases and indoor wireless systems located in more than 40 states across the United States. The firm provides infrastructure solutions to national and regional mobile operators, government and public safety entities, broadband providers and enterprise customers. When Everest needed to double the size of its Pittsburgh headquarters and was seeking an upgraded corporate image, they turned to Carrie for help and did so again multiple times as the firm continued its global expansion and capital raise to most recently include and additional $500,000,000.

Carrie completed a needs analysis study, prepared a program to identify the line items and total square footage required, assessed lease and purchase relocation options, toured spaces, had test fit plans prepared, construction budgeted, and strategically leveraged the competitive market in order to negotiate hard to achieve business terms and lease protections structured to help Everest achieve success, and and subsequently provided multiple strategic corporate real estate solutions as Everest continued its global expansion.
